Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the proposal team to formulate a competitive price for client bids;

Read project documents (Request For Proposals and Scope of Service descriptions) to become familiar with project requirements and project risks;

Attend business meetings to collect information for project costing/pricing purposes;

Organize follow-up meetings for outstanding cost items;

Build sophisticated financial models, with a high degree of flexibility incorporated into the model enabling users to run multiple scenarios;

Analyze and manipulate data to determine optimal cost structure;

Prepare financial analyses, as required, to help management make key pricing decisions;

Prepare summary financial reports for presentation to senior executives;

Transfer final price to client bid forms;

Work independently and be proactive;

Respond to tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

Be a newly qualified CA/CMA/CGA or are working towards their designation;

Minimum 5 years related working experience

Be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel;

Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional;

Thrive in dynamic situations.
