Description

The SCA reports to the Regional Director, the Coordinator will support all aspects of the supplier management compliance process. Primary responsibility includes activities related to compliance of suppliers and follow up on suppliers’information and activities.

The Facility Manager (FM) is ultimately responsible for all duties and responsibilities as outlined in the title.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities related to compliance of suppliers.

Data verification and follow up of vendor information into Project Management and Financial Systems.

Updating and maintenance of consultant, supplier and contractor term contracts and additional compliance documentation in coordination with each SCU’s requirements.

Ensure all procedures are followed for all aspects of supplier management, bid opening and MERX postings for public tenders.

Extracting various reports on suppliers’ activities from the Project Management Systems and providing regional directors with current results for analysis.

Qua;ifications

Post-Secondary education in Business Administration

Familiarity with construction contract administration or supplier management

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Access database

Have proven strong organizational skills

Detail oriented with an adaptability to change

Experience in Customer Service

Ability to work independently and in a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to problem solve

Experience in a construction or project management environment is a definite asset

Professional and approachable

Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
