Preventive Maintenance
Low Price $100.00 We offer a detailed, economical and realistic preventive maintenance (PMP) service tailored to your building needs. This PMP service details the tasks to be done in house and with contractors. It takes into account those tasks which must be done by licensed tradesmen and which can be done by building technicians. In todays world of supply and demand many building technicians do not have strong heating, ventilating and air conditioning back grounds. They are for the most part handy men. Handy men can be very competent when working with tasks within their capabilities when performing preventive maintenance. Many of the PMP software packages with their included tasks and frequency of such are not realistic. They stress too much PMP work with which the building technicians cannot cope. Thus maintenance work sheets simply get "signed off" with none or little work being done. What we offer is detailed "tailored" data to be input into your software program that is meaningfull to your building only. To start The client contacts us. The client provides an equipment list of all equipment to be included in the preventive maintenance program. The client advises us of his maintenance staff, number and trades represented.
