Qualifications

College or university degree.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite which includes Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.

Above average skills for presentations to Upper Level Management.

Work experience in facility management.

Fluent in both French and English.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Good client service organizational and planning skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Experience in development and documentation of practices and processes.

Ability to work well with others.

Ability to be objective, diplomatic and professional.

The manager performance management must be able to pay attention to detail.
