Dust collectors

This is equipment which is used to remove dust and particulates from exhaust air and is particular to wood and metal shops.

Dampers

This may be a valve or plate used for controlling the flow of air or gases. The dampers may have various controls such as electric, electronic or pneumatic. They may also serve as gravity or fire suppression dampers.

De-aerator

This device removes entrained gases from the circulating media of heating or cooling systems.

Dehumidifier

This is a device which removes moisture from the air and is accomplished by cooling the air below dewpoint.

De-superheater

This equipment exists to remove excess heat or energy from superheated steam.
