Contract Manager Duties

Responsibilities:

Ensure the development of management tools and the monitoring of performance measures according to contractual agreements

Register the Non-performance and Non-availability measures

Validate and deliver the work tickets and follow up with users

Produce various reports on the partner performance

Responsible for billing and calculating price indices, such as price index (CPI) and the index of energy prices (PEI). If necessary, he makes the connection with deductions for non-performance and unavailability.

Establish registers and monthly operating reports and the updated of theatrical schedules.

Qualifications

DEC in administration and/or 10 years of administrative experience

Sound knowledge of accounting systems such as JDE, PLP

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management

Strong work organization skills and autonomy

Ability to understand the contractual issues associated with large and complex contracts in place

Bilinguism (English/French)

Available to work during spectacle schedules occasionally.

Must be able to qualify for various levels of security as required.
